Editorial policy

ScoutedReview publishes independent reviews and guides. Our editorial policy is that commissions do not determine rankings, scores or verdicts.

Independence

Vendors cannot pay for placement or review outcomes. Affiliate relationships are handled separately from editorial decisions.

Manual fact-checking and editorial review

Every piece of content published on ScoutedReview is manually reviewed and fact-checked by our founder, Mohamed Chafai, and the editorial team before publication. We verify product details, features, pricing, links, claims and recommendations as carefully as possible, and we update content when information changes.

When an article shows “Reviewed by”, it names the person who reviewed that specific article. We never add reviewer names or review dates for reviews that did not take place.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it and update the article's “Updated” date only for substantive changes. Report errors to contact@scoutedreview.com.
